Group lessons:

You'd like to improve your spoken French. Our group intensive French lessons offer an effective and sociable compromise between 1:1 courses (expensive) and large-group courses (relatively ineffective).

For French lessons in France we offer two very different 1-week options. Both have 3hrs of group lessons each morning (Mon-Fri, 15hrs of lessons a week), leaving the afternoons free for you to enjoy and explore.

In CHAMONIX: economical French & Ski French lessons with Youth Hostel accomodation. For 1 or 2 weeks in January.

In MENS: Our popular group French lessons, for 1 week in June and in September/October, are timed to coincide with local traditional fairs. Accomodation is with local residents and in friendly farmhouses. There are visits & activities on 3 afternoons included in the price.

Both sites offer a great range of outdoor and sports activities.
CHAMONIX is the “world centre” of mountaineering and off-piste skiing.
MENS is a peaceful jewel of French countryside offering walking, horse-riding, windsurfing, mountain biking and paragliding. And a wide range of craft courses.

For Student groups (school & university) looking for French lessons we offer friendly gite accomodation in the French countryside near Mens, just 40 minutes south of Grenoble, from June – October. Our base is Gite La Marmottiere

Your visit to France will be tailored to your needs; with intensive French lessons and afternoon and evening activities and meals structured to your specification. This will be an unforgettable intensive French experience for your students, do come and visit us.
